Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

🔹 Qualifications

✔️ Strong interest in autism and/or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

✔️ RBT certification required or must be willing to get it before employment

✔️ Minimum of one year working with children of any/all abilities

✔️ High school diploma minimum

✔️ Passion for ABA as a long-term career

✔️ ABA students or experienced behavior therapists encouraged to apply

🔹 Responsibilities

✔️ Work with children in schools, following treatment protocols

✔️ Organize/update program books

✔️ Collect behavior and skill data

✔️ Complete log notes per session

✔️ Attend team meetings

✔️ Be reliable and professional

✔️ Must have reliable transportation or navigate public transport

✔️ Support a positive, inclusive work environment

*Note: Also ideal for aspiring BCBAs, social workers, speech therapists, or special aid teachers.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

🔹 Qualifications

✔️ Active BCBA certification
✔️ Master’s degree in behavior analysis, education, or psychology
✔️ Experience designing and supervising ABA programs
✔️ Strong communication and leadership skills
✔️ Commitment to evidence-based, ethical care


🔹 Responsibilities

✔️ Develop individualized behavior intervention plans
✔️ Supervise and mentor RBTs and support staff
✔️ Track client progress using our advanced data software
✔️ Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams
✔️ Lead clinical trainings and ongoing case reviews
✔️ Foster a culture of growth, compassion, and excellence
